Winter Wheat
Our winter wheat is selected from Europe's best farms. It's planted in September before the snow falls. During the winter the wheat grows and matures slowly adding depth of flavor and higher nutritional value. The result is a hearty wheat which gives our vodka it's unique sensory profile and taste. When you crack the bottle open, you'll smell hints of freshly baked bread- the telltale sign of quality in vodka.

Artesian Water
Our water source is fed by mountain snows in Italy's north. Filtered and imbued with a unique mineral profile which creates an exceptionally soft water, perfect for distilling. and creating our perfect, well-rounded mouth feel.

Distillation Process
We have 4 distillation columns, each containing 50 to 70 perforated plates that act as micro-distillations. Thus, our spirit goes through over 200 distillations in total. Making our vodka the purest in the market.

Filtration
We filter our exceptional spirit through birch charcoal, further purifying our already flawless liquid. This imparts additional softness and brings out the natural sweetness from the winter wheat.
Once filtered we let our vodka relax for 48 hours so the vodka molecoules can 'marry' and achive balance resulting in the smoothest mouth feel and flavor profile.
